Please be inform that in order to open an account with us you need to provide the following documents:

• 1. A valid passport/ Id
• 2. Proof of your permanent address (in the form of recent utility bill).
• 3. Proof of Income (Payslip/Tax or Social Insurance certificate).
• 4. ARC (yellow slip-if you have)
• 5. If you are transferring funds from own accounts we need a detail bank statement for a period of 6 months
• 6. Tax id number
• 7. CV

In order to examine a loan application we will need the following documents:

• 1. Income related documents (e.x tax return forms/ working contacts/payslips/bank statement where your salaries are deposited). Income earned must be in EUR or GBP or USD.
• 2. Sales agreement(must be registered with Land registry Office).
• 3. Copy of title deed of the property for valuation purposes(Not older than 3 years).
• 4. Copy of Id/passport and utility bill as proof of your address.
• 5. If you are Cyprus residence we will need your yellow Slip.
• 6. Also you might need a permit from Cyprus government to acquire a property in Cyprus(probably for that you will need to contact a lawyer) after the loan is approved.
• 7. Proof of own contribution(at least 30%)
• 8. Credit score rating from your country.
